2020-2021
The ladder for the year and colored coded and labeled with the stage the page is in. I also help organize the sign up sheets for the other staff members to take pictures at school events.
I keep track of the progress of each spread and the content that's been placed. I also keep track of the ads each person in the class has sold so we can tell if or when they reach their goal
With me being incredibly strong with technology in the class, I help a lot with technology problems and questions. I made a file people can access that explains step-by-step how to fix all photo issues that occur while placing a spread.
I also commonly text and remind people of deadlines and work they may have missed. I make lists that I send and even directly message some people if they need help with anything, I also stay after school sometimes on a call with another staffer to help them out with something.
